Attorney Walton is licensed to practice in Ohio, The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and The United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. A private practitioner as well as the public defender for The Central District Court in Trumbull County, Attorney Walton has amassed extensive courtroom experience, handling a wide variety of legal matters, including Appeals, Civil Litigation, Criminal Defense, Domestic Relations, and Juvenile.  Mr. Walton has successfully litigated matters in courts across the state at all levels, including victories in the Supreme Court of Ohio as well as the Federal Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
